Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name and, where applicable, to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit (the "source of funds" principle). The minimum single withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR.

Before any withdrawal request can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified — Pakistani CNIC and a recent Pakistani utility bill or bank statement must have been submitted and approved.
• Any bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must have been completed in full (see Section 6).
• Your account must be in good standing with no open fraud investigations or disputed transactions.

Withdrawals requested outside standard hours may be queued and processed at the next available processing window.

slots 99 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above 100,000 PKR, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours. Requests above 500,000 PKR may be paid in instalments at slots 99's discretion.

Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the point of opt-in, which form part of this Agreement.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all slots 99 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement is applied to the total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, sports bets, and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is 500 PKR unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets above this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. A new bonus cannot be claimed until the current active bonus has been completed, expired, or manually declined.

slots 99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While slots 99 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, secure, and accurate service, it makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical defects at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, slots 99 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, including but not limited to slot game losses, sports betting losses, or progressive jackpot non-wins.
• Losses caused by interruptions, delays, or technical failures beyond slots 99's reasonable control — including failures of Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, or any other third-party payment provider.
• Losses caused by a player's failure to secure their account credentials, including losses following unauthorised account access.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of data or lost profits, arising from use of the slots 99 platform.

slots 99 collects and processes personal data about registered Pakistan players — including name, CNIC details, mobile number, email address, PKR transaction history, and gameplay data — for the purposes of account administration, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

These communications include account security alerts, transaction confirmations, and bonus notifications. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings without affecting your ability to use the platform.

Where a change is material — particularly changes affecting bonus conditions, withdrawal terms, or responsible gaming obligations — slots 99 will provide not less than 7 days' advance notice to registered account holders via SMS to their registered Pakistani mobile number and via a notification displayed on the slots 99 platform.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to payment method lists — may be implemented without advance notice. All amendments are effective from the date stated on the updated Terms document.

Continued use of the slots 99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
